Welcome to RHY!

By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

-Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delays caused by the delivery partner are beyond our control, but we’ll do our best to support you in tracking or resolving any issues. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

- Replacements & Returns

We currently do not offer refunds, but we do offer replacements under the following conditions:

-Replacement Eligibility:

You are eligible for a replacement if: The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size or item sent). You contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. The product is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original packaging and tag loop intact (see below).

You provide photo proof of the issue (defect, damage, wrong item).

- Not Eligible for Replacement:

“Change of mind” or personal dislike of the item.

Incorrect size ordered (please use our size guide carefully).

Products with signs of use or wear. If the product’s tag loop is broken, removed, or damaged.

-Tag Loop Policy

Each garment comes with a tag loop sewn onto the left sleeve. This is our quality control identifier.

The tag loop must be intact for any replacement requests to be approved.

If the tag loop is broken, cut, or missing, the item will be considered non-returnable and non-replaceable, regardless of any other claim.

We strongly advise you to try on the product without removing the tag loop.

-Return Shipping

If the replacement request is due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
